We spent Easter lunch here. The menu was fixed but for some courses there was the possibility to choose between two variations.
In any case, everything was delicious, from the entree to the dessert (a French toast with ice cream PHENOMENAL).
Definitely French flavours, perfectly balanced. I loved the sauce accompanying the white asparagus!
The children's menu was also available and they concluded with waffles that never ended 😄 accompanied by apple sauce, chocolate and cream.
Punctual and kind service.
Truly a place to mark on the map when passing through Lyon!

The Easter menu was excellent!!! The white asparagus was delicious and the Maltese sauce that came with it was like lemon custard! The association was really successful. The poultry had perfect juice and the pan-fried artichoke was a delight. Finally, the chocolate egg for dessert was delicious, not too sweet and very well balanced. A sure value, a meticulous pace and impeccable service.
No complaints.

Not at all like before. We came twice in the space of 3 months and both times were disappointing.
Compote which was stinging twice, therefore certainly spoiled despite our remark.
15 minute wait to pay.
Problem with orders, forgotten dishes.
Servers not listening at all.
For coming regularly, we have been disappointed for 1 year.

A top experience in the Bocuse de l’Est brasserie, a delicious meal is a remarkable service for a very reasonable budget. I recommend this great restaurant with a very good atmosphere and quite calm.
