Always a very nice place to share lunch under the dome. A charming, smiling and competent person to serve us. A reserve for the entrecote which was far from the promised 300g and a congratulations for the excellent duck breast.

Good morning, The smile at the reception was lacking (perceiving a tension between the person in charge of welcoming customers and those who wanted to do the right thing by greeting and welcoming us). The entrecote was just lukewarm and the ice cream melted. The ice cream (Liège coffee) was immediately replaced. The tagliatelle did not contain any grana padano shavings and the “cream” sauce was very liquid. It's a shame. The waitress was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating throughout the service. I thank her for bringing her essential and indispensable smile and good humor to a restaurant outing. I will return there for the service and decoration.

Still the Universe. The very varied menu makes it easy to find something to enjoy. We always come back to it.

Bon restaurant dans le centre-ville de Tours, le cadre est agréable et les produits sont bien cuisinés. Cela correspondait à nos attentes en venant dans ce type de brasserie. Les prix sont assez élevés mais c'était très bon.

Nous avons été manger un soir dans cette brasserie avec mes enfants, c’était un vrai spectacle. Le maître d’hôtel nous avait très bien placé pour que les enfants voient un peu comment fonctionnait une brasserie. Un très grand professionnalisme du personnel une très grande qualité culinaire avec de très bons produits et la fraîcheur. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

23/04/2024: I came for lunch and ate very well!! The welcome is top notch and the service even better 👍 I recommend this establishment for the service, the food and all the staff!
12/04/2024: So I share my experience which has always been fabulous. Oysters offered by a friend for Tuesday dinner, delicious, you have to pay the price when you love it, you don't count it 😂
