Pascalis is THE reference in terms of pognes and Saint-Genix! If you pass through the Drôme you must take a trip to one of their bakeries! Pascalis adapts to the market and innovates! Recently they have expanded their pastry offering (chocolate pogne, strawberry) and even offer a snack offering (chicken poké bowl, different sandwiches! In short, I highly recommend, not a week goes by without me stopping by take a ride!
