26/05/2024: We ate really well, a very pleasant, very welcoming team. We had an excellent evening (our first restaurant as a couple 😉). The only downside (which isn't one) for the Nutella profiteroles, you don't have to remove the bread because you can't add sauce, you don't spoil the Nutella, lol It's May 25, 2024, Mother's Day, I'm not going to remove stars... For the moment..... The service was very difficult, very long, lack of organization but 3 servers for 300 people, is this normal? They did as best they could, you can see on their tired faces.

21/05/2024: The concept of this restaurant is interesting. Whatever the dish chosen, the side dish (homemade fries) is unlimited. A salad accompanies it. The unique sauce is more questionable. The service was quite correct despite the large number of customers and the gunshot during the lunch break. Easily missing 2 more people. I take my hat off to the cooks and servers who, despite the rush, kept smiling and were extremely professional.
