A chance discovery which is to be recommended without hesitation. Very well executed French cuisine, pleasant service, adapted recommendations…. All with a smile and kindness.

We dined out six nights while in Paris and this is by far the best restaurant we ate. Dishes were prepared with passion and thoughtfully served. Each plate has its own story and the ingredients are coming from local farms. One can taste the difference. Love the place that serve Michelin star food and are not pretentious. Octopus for appetizer and Rose fish were amazing. This is a must stop for us in the future. Thank you. 🙏

Cozy atmosphere and perfect welcome, the food and wine were delicious. The sommelier's applied explanations were incredibly relevant and precise. We dreamed for an evening. We will come back for sure.

Visited in early November, and since it was the shoulder season, the restaurant wasn't packed, but I'd still suggest a reservation whenever you visit. We went whole hog with five wines, plus a glass of prosecco at the beginning of the meal, and simply placed ourselves in their hands. Delicious, inventive menu with -- naturally -- wines that took our tastes into account yet matched perfectly with each course. Owner spoke with us at length about the philosophy behind his business, and the serving staff were attentive and very friendly. We will certainly be back if we make it back to Paris in the near future. Edit March 2024 - We went back, and it was just as amazing the second time, and even through over a year had passed, the waitstaff remembered us! I was disappointed our travel plans meant we missed the winemaker's dinner they have some Fridays, because that sounds like it would be fun, but we'll plan on it for next time!

This restaurant is a jewel! Small and cozy with exceptional food and staff that welcomes you and provides an amazing experience. Owner/Sommelier Faure-Brac created a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and wine pairings at a fare price.

Last night we had dinner at the sommelier's bistro to celebrate 20 years of love for a couple. It was a tasty discovery. The cuisine and wine pairing was a real discovery. I would definitely go back. Thank you for the warm welcome and professionalism.

Really nice and intimate place.. The staff pampered us and knew how to put us at ease even if we didn't know French, helping us and explaining the dishes on the menu. The menu has little choice, perhaps because they change it constantly, but what we had was truly exceptional. The cheese samples were very delicious and served with a delicious jam. Dish with chicken and mushrooms was really good. Congratulations to everyone! Next time in Paris we will return, we had a perfect evening. Thanks also for the dessert and for putting the birthday candle on me 💞
