In my opinion a little expensive

Magnificent place where everything is worked in detail to make the place welcoming and warm Welcome by Zara, daughter of the owners (who finally allowed themselves a short week of rest) already a great professional despite her young age! Generous breakfast: Charming timeless break to repeat!

Beautiful old style rooms, very friendly welcome. Location is excellent, a very short distance from the center. It's nice that there is also a restaurant where we had a delicious meal. Excellent service and plenty of choice on the menu, nice decor of the restaurant.

There were 6 of us staying with friends; we really appreciated the very accommodating welcome in the family home, and the trust shown. The breakfast served in the charming restaurant was really good, and the prices very attractive! We feel the passion for the region and the desire to share it.

A large room with a huge bathroom, nice little touches in the room and in the adjoining room, great owners, friendly and friendly staff, an attractive restaurant menu and succulent dishes, .. We spent two exceptional days. The breakfast is excellent and varied, the coffee, just pure joy. If I could give 6 stars instead of the maximum 5 allowed, I would without hesitation. Spent a couple of nights here in transit to and from a holiday. Absolutely wonderful place. Gorgeous rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious coffee and super high quality breakfast. Returning soon! Also, great place to stay with dogs - super easy walking straight from the hotel door.

On the way back from London we called England and asked whether we could arrive for one night in a few hours. It worked...luckily! We got to know a very nice place (city and accommodation) and very hospitable people. Communication by phone and Whatsapp in English and French was perfect. Our apartment was the one under the tower. It is very tastefully decorated and you could sleep very well in the beds. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich and tasty. You eat breakfast in the nicely furnished kitchen, so to speak, "under the tablecloth"...so...don't forget to look up, then you'll understand the hint :-) We would be happy to come back and recommend the accommodation. Thank you very much, Valerie...also for the information about Bergues and the nice conversation. Tip for guests of the apartments at the tower: In order to be able to lock the outside door from the inside or outside, you have to turn the handle upwards, then the locking bolt comes out and you can lock it with the key.
