10/05/2024: I spent 4 years working in this establishment. I arrived I was very shy and introverted then not very confident I only aspired to do my job as best as possible without responsibilities then Julien the director detected the potential which I I didn't know it existed, he first spoke to me about my human qualities, that I was someone who could be counted on, then that I was a hard worker who spared no effort and we discussed development. and from the future he first appointed me trainer then 1 and a half years later team leader and thanks to him I grew as a person and for that I am extremely grateful to him even if obviously there were ups and downs I During these years I was able to benefit from the support of managers, they are also roommates, winnowers, angry at times but also patient teachers and above all with a huge heart so if I had to advise someone to work I would tell them to go for it without hesitation because you will experience an incredible human adventure you will grow a little more every day and you will perhaps become perfect like Tristan will know here is my story summarized within this establishment Julien thank you to you😁
