I stopped to drink a Noisette coffee (it was good) Unpleasant welcome, I asked for a glass of water, I had to insist on getting it Staff focused on their cell phones feel like they are disturbing them.! Café Noisette 2 Euros excessive rate tourist RATE A coffee and a good welcome makes you want to go back but the TO FLEE I would not go back to eat there.

Had a couple of beers on a busy Sunday. There was only one person waiting tables, so service was a little slow. But the server did a good job.
