The sirloin is super tender. The service is very pleasant. I recommend.

As a regular (occasional and since my adolescence) of the place, I warmly recommend Le Central. Small bar-restaurant in downtown Saint-Claude, excellent value for money and the owner is very welcoming.

We eat very well there, the andouillettes are delicious and inexpensive. They are nice and very simple.
