The 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing was a discovery of exquisite flavors. Everything is thought out and reflected with intelligence and taste. A great time for my wife and me.

A great culinary experience and a great meeting with a restaurateur who loves his job.
Each dish is commented on with the origin of each product, special mention for the Galician cow, a real treat.
Many thanks for the little surprise with the excellent cheese, this very good Spanish wine from 1995.

Excellent restaurant where each dish, each plate is an original discovery, full of imagination and mastery on the part of the chef in the kitchen.
The presentations of each dish are magnificent! 😍
The service is efficient, fast, the server takes care of us, big thanks to him!
Only downside and again it's really a very small downside: 🤏
The atmosphere seemed slightly tense between the waiter and the sommelier and we felt it..
A little effort also to be made regarding the decoration would be a real plus because this restaurant deserves it and will remain in my memory for its quality on the plates!
Another big thank you to the chef for this gourmet evening, a real delight..😋 👌

We had a nice dinner, the food and wine was lovely and very creative.
I informed the restaurant beforehand about a vegetarian among us.
So we reconfirmed again when we arrived.
All seemed to be a burden, which was surprising since they managed really well with the vegetarian option.
It is just a pitty that the waiter made us feel bad about being vegetarian.
