Excellent, very refined. Very fresh cuisine, we rediscover the taste of vegetables. The market menu changes every 3 weeks. Perfect portions for a starter-main course-dessert

Nous n’étions pas allés à l’auberge depuis un petit moment, rien n’a changé , tout est resté intact. Qualité de l’accueil, des plats excellents et finement présentés, un service très professionnel et d’une douce fluidité. Thomas a l’équipe qu’il mérite…Certainement la plus belle table du tout Compiegne. Sylvie et Patrick
