Cuisine as astonishing as it is tasty. Impeccable service and very pleasant staff. We loved this dining experience and had a great evening.

Very nice establishment. Since Olus reported that our wife had just had knee surgery, we were upgraded to a room accessible without stairs. Attentive chef who takes great care of his customers. Restaurant that lived up to our expectations and worthy of its Michelin star. The only downside is that the presentation of the dishes and wines is barely audible. Otherwise.....perfect.

Very good experience, I took the offer which included a night at the hotel + a dinner with food/wine pairing + breakfast and it was good value for money. The room was very good: spacious with a desk and a small lounge area, both of which were very appreciated. On the restaurant side, a well-organized service with one strong point and one downside: the sommelier who gives very good advice, who explains very well and who is therefore very professional in addition to being friendly. On the other hand, you have to listen particularly carefully when the dishes are brought and explained and even then certain words remain inaudible. As for the cuisine, we have an assumed identity highlighting local products with a common thread where there was a herbaceous touch in each dish which was all very good. I also appreciated that the chef welcomed the customers because regularly in gourmet restaurants we have the pleasure of seeing the chef and talking a little with him but not in all establishments so that is also worth highlighting. We were able to chat more with the chef during breakfast, he is very jovial and has a real pleasure in sharing about his cooking.
