excellent restaurant, with local products. We ate really well together, excellent dishes with a very good quantity. Top service, with very welcoming waiters. we recommend this restaurant.

Very good time spent in Selestat on May 8th. Very warm welcome with a young and dynamic team, beautiful modern decor, and good products on the plates. I didn't give 5 stars for the kitchen, not to say that it's not good, but more because I think they are still capable of improving if I come back in a while 😉

Too bad that the market menu is practically imposed on us, starter main course dessert (we are told 30 to 40 minutes of waiting for an à la carte dish) We didn't want dessert, 2€ discount compared to the price of the menu, I think it's not much Otherwise the quality of the dishes and the service are there.

I was there, invited by my children for my 🎂. The welcome from the Boss with a “Happy birthday Madam” made me very happy. Our choices on the menu menu - from starter to main course - (we, unfortunately, stalled before 🍨)

12/03/2024: Great hotel. Very friendly staff, nice rooms, warm interior.
12/03/2024: We came to spend one night with dinner at the hotel restaurant! The room was spotless, nicely decorated, very clean. We had a view of the countryside. Access to the sauna was included. Dinner at the restaurant was a good time, the dishes were ok. Good advice on food/wine pairings. The breakfast was good !
