An excellent restaurant with an intimate setting and beautiful decoration, located in an alley in the old town, offering the best andouillette de Troyes (apples, cider, chaource) that I have tasted! Very good desserts too, including a fabulous chocolate and peanut finger! Pleasant little terrace at the back and excellent service!

The restaurant is already worth the detour, you are thrown out of time and you find yourself like when you were a child at grandpa and grandma's with all the nice objects found throughout their lives. The menu offers local dishes, it is well done, sufficiently copious and you really have the impression that the products on the plate come from the Garden ! Well done ! End your taste journey with a Sloe liqueur (the local specialty), the owner of the place will explain its subtleties to you…

A very large selection of artisanal andouillettes. A friendly boss and good advice offering more than 30 wines by the glass. A special mention to the foie gras ravioli. A very good moment.

Excellent welcome, very good quality cuisine! This restaurant is run by enthusiasts and it shows. We had a very pleasant culinary experience, in a very well decorated place with a superb atmosphere. I recommend going there with your eyes closed.

A refaire car j'ai voulu tenter l'andouillette, je ne connaissais pas.. et finalement je suis pas hyper fan donc je ne peux pas imputer ça au restaurant Cadre tres agréable, service rapide, bon vin regional. La prochaine fois je tenterai un dessert également. Les sauces étaient excellentes

Rendez-vous au Jardin pour déguster la belle andouillette de Troyes dans toute sa splendeur et surtout en de multiples recettes variées. L'accueil est souriant, l'assiette copieuse et le cadre charmant et artistiquement décoré de peintures réalistes/impressionnistes. Une belle adresse dans le coeur de la belle ville de Troyes

05/05/2024: Gourmet restaurant with generous portions. The sweetbreads are to die for, delicious. Restaurant not far from the center of Troyes, rue de Turenne, it is definitely worth taking a few extra steps. I recommend 500%.

Everything is perfect: very fresh local products, warm welcome, impeccable service and an explosion of flavors. The cuisine is inventive and the menu is changed very regularly. 22/05/2024: A very warm welcome, a perfect andouillette with chaource sauce Excellent value for money
14/05/2024: Wow! Patrick annd Sonnia were incredibly accommodating as we showed up with a group of 6 right before the end of lunch. The goat cheese appetizer (entree) was so delicious and the onion soup was the best we’ve had in France. The duck was incredibly flavorful and tender! Probably the best I’ve ever had! The veggie burger was very flavorful and moist. The French fries dipped in the blue cheese sauce was very very good! The plate du jour was a pollock with rice and vegetables and was very good. Patrick helped us pair a lovely bottle of white wine from the Loire Valley with our meal. This place is exceptional and we hope to eat here again very soon! We had profiteroles for dessert and they were incredible! The chocolate sauce was amazing and the filling was also delicious!
