A very beautiful table, Fabien and Émilie run this establishment expertly.
Fabien in the kitchen, flawless gourmet cuisine. Homemade cuisine with fresh, seasonal produce, returned from the market and from local producers.
From appetizer to dessert including excellent bread, the chef will awaken your taste buds. Émilie welcomes you with a smile, will advise you on your choice of wines to accompany your meal, and will accompany you throughout the meal with kindness and professionalism.
For less than €30 the daily menu, which changes every day according to the chef's inspiration and market, is a delight.
A beautiful place that can accommodate around twenty guests, plan to book before going there.
I highly recommend.

A very pleasant address in Châlon. At lunchtime, a single starter/main course/dessert menu at 28 euros, very close to perfection. Raw tandoori beef, carrots. Salmon (so there, cooked to perfection), watercress, radish, gnocchi. Assortment of cheese extra (less fan). Lemon matcha tea tart, long pepper ice cream. Very good.
So, for a very reasonable price, a table that legitimately seeks star recognition, which would be completely deserved.
Faultless service. Happiness !
