We called on Marrou for our wedding at Château de Cassis on May 11th. Laurent and his teams performed work of remarkable quality throughout the day. The overall quality of the food was excellent, the service impeccable, the staff very polite and helpful. Our guests continued to compliment the quality of the service. Cocktail: welcome lemonade with nonbreix petits fours and salmon and sea bream tart workshops and gnocchi in a parmesan wheel Starter: prawns on a bed of fennel Dish: rack of lamb in a herb crust, truffle gratin dauphinois and sunny vegetables. Dessert: raspberry and hazelnut chocolate wedding cake with several signature cakes to accompany The dessert was magnificent and we thank you again for your kindness and professionalism which made this day a magical moment.
